🙌 Kitchen Litho × Surrealism Workshop

🤩 Kitchen lithography is a simple and accessible printmaking technique that can be done at home using everyday materials, without any specialist equipment or printing presses. It embraces experimentation, chance, and play, offering a relaxed and open approach to printmaking.

✨ This workshop is inspired by the Surrealist collective drawing game Exquisite Corpse, one of the most iconic games developed by Surrealist artists. In this workshop, we translate this idea into a printmaking process.

Participants will create collaborative drawings on aluminium foil, using the Kitchen Litho technique to print them.

This is a relaxed, social workshop, and no prior experience in printmaking or drawing is required.

The workshop will take place inside The Peckham Pelican, providing a friendly setting where you can enjoy making art while having the option to purchase drinks or light snacks from the bar (food and drinks are not included in the ticket price).
