Korean cookery workshop

Overview

Love Korean food? Why not join us in making a Korean meal together.

Join us for a relaxed and flavour-packed 2-hour Korean cookery workshop.

Korean cooking is celebrated for its bold, comforting flavours and its balance of spice, freshness, and depth. Built around fermented ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and simple yet powerful techniques, Korean cuisine transforms everyday ingredients into deeply satisfying dishes.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll cook together to prepare a classic Korean meal that’s both nourishing and full of character. You’ll learn essential techniques such as building flavour with fermented pastes, balancing heat and acidity, and preparing fresh vegetable side dishes (banchan) that are easy to recreate at home.

Example Menu

  • Pajeon – savoury Korean pancake with spring onions
  • Kimchi Jjigae – hearty kimchi stew with tofu and vegetables
  • Oi & Miyeok Muchim – refreshing cucumber and seaweed salad with sesame and chilli

The menu may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability and the dietary requirements of the group.

This class can be adapted for most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please contact us before booking to discuss any allergies or special diets.

Your ticket includes:

  • Professional cookery tuition
