<h3>We are offering the following Krav Maga sessions every Tuesday from 14th November - 5th December:</h3> 16:30 - 17:15: Children aged 7 - 1117:30 - 18:15: Teens aged 12 - 1618:30 - 19:30: Women's only session What is Krav Maga?Krav Maga is an Israeli martial art. Developed for the Israel Defense Forces, it is derived from a combination of techniques used in aikido, judo, karate, boxing, and wrestling. It is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.
