The Link website is funded by theChildren Learning and Skills Directoratein Slough Borough Council. It is aimed at current and future education professionals in Slough, particularly teachers and early years practitioners.We have a strong and vibrant education system in Slough characterised by good educational outcomes for children and a growing spirit of collegiality andpartnership workingacross schools and between schools and the LA.We hope that the Link will become a powerful tool to strengthen the education system in Slough by supporting the communication of education priorities and facilitating collaboration across schools and settings.  Please visit our website for further information.

This course has been brought to you by Slough Borough Council's School Improvement Consultant, Jamie Hassan, for the attention of experienced moderators and experienced KS1 Teachers.
Please ensure you pay offline by selecting pay by invoice when registering as we will be sending you an invoice after the event has finished.

Please note there is a 2% booking fee when registering.  This course is compulsory for those who wish to be L.A external moderators for 2019.  However, it may also be useful for those teachers who have never been moderated and have an idea of what to expect, should their school be moderated in the moderation window of 2019.

To be a moderator the delegated will also need to sit the standardization exercise in December at Cippenham Infant School on 12th December 4pm - 5.30pm. 
Please note refreshments and lunch will be provided for Beechwood Couse.
