Delivering a short Pitch by Martha Mador
Most early-stage businesses find business by networking – talking to friends, colleagues, and people they’ve never met before to get feedback, find support, sell, and get fresh ideas. In this short session, you will practice your key networking skills, including the VSP – Very Short Pitch! It’s an opportunity to practice and get feedback in a safe environment.
Tea and coffee will be served from 9:30am for networking and the workshop will commence from 10:00am.
The workshop will consist of a presentation and chance for Q&A and discussion of the topic's application in your business area. These are full of hints and tips, and designed to be immediately useful.
There will be a chance for you to do a 3 minute elevator pitch on your business idea and see what feedback you get
And of course the all-important discussion with one another about what to do next, and commitment to what you will do before the next session.
Everyone who comes along is at a different stage of developing their enterprise, so there's opportunity to learn and share your experiences, too.
