You're invited to join me for a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class on the theme of "Blossoming: Passion and Purpose" on Wednesdays throughout April from 10.30am - midday.

These Kundalini yoga and meditation classes are focused on bringing greater expansion, vision, nourishment and passion into our lives, using ancient kundalini yoga and meditation sequences focused on the solar plexus, the "fire" centre, and is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience.

We will be upstairs in the classroom above reception.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue, and bike racks. However, do register your number plate in reception to allow long stay parking.

This will be an inclusive class suitable for beginners as well as those with experience. Suitable for those aged 18yrs upwards - chairs available so should you wish to do the practise seated in the chair, you absolutely can! You are most welcome regardless of experience or ability.

Kundalini yoga involves breathwork, mantra, mudras (finger positions), movement, balance, relaxation and meditation.

It is an experience like no other, and the group energy is always very supportive, open and relaxed, which raises the vibration of everyone in the group.

The only way to know is to come along and have an experience of your own!


A KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS - WHAT WE DO

  • We start with energising warm ups for the spine lungs, legs and arms.
  • followed by a kundAlini kriya ( synchronised breath and movement exercises)
  • a deep relaxation - bring a couple of blankets to stay warm and cosy at this stage
  • a meditation to calm and clear the mind of subconscious clutter


WHAT TO BRING

  • yoga mat (some available)
  • blankets/cushion/warm socks for the relaxation
  • bottle of water
  • layers of comfy clothing you can stretch and bend in
