Brackley has a strong history linking bobbin lacemaking with the area. Local lacemaker Lindsay Freeman is passionate about encouraging new makers into the world of lacemaking.
You can attend this session again time and time again as Lindsay has lots of beginner friendly patterns you can use.

What you will learn/achieve

Skills in the art of lacemaking, creating delicate patterns with thread.
During the session you will make a simple piece of lace which could be used as a bookmark. If you are returning you can choose to make something different, such as the snake, leaf or start working towards a flower.
