Ready to hop on a bike or build your cycling confidence? Join our welcoming, women-only sessions at Lister Park—perfect for complete beginners or anyone looking to improve their skills.

Led by friendly female instructors, these adult (16+) lessons take place in a completely traffic-free environment. Bikes and helmets are provided, and our experienced instructor will support you step-by-step—from getting on and off the bike, to finding your balance, to pedalling independently.

We’ll work with you at your own pace to help you feel comfortable, confident, and in control. Attend as many sessions as you like, but spaces are limited, so please book in advance. If you can’t make a session you’ve reserved, please cancel as soon as possible.
