Our first event was a huge success, and we’re so excited to be back again! This women’s-only workshop, led by me and a team of experienced female coaches I’ve personally chosen, is designed to teach you the fundamentals of weight training in a supportive, safe, and comfortable environment. Held in a private studio, you’ll enjoy a focused space with no men around and no busy gym atmosphere. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced gym-goer, this session is designed to meet your individual needs.
In this 2-hour PT-style group session, you’ll experience a great full-body workout, focusing on proper form—a key priority for us—while building strength and sculpting your body. You’ll target legs, glutes, back, arms, and core with compound lifts like pull-ups, barbell squats, deadlifts, and more.
Our coaches will ensure you master the right technique in a patient and supportive environment. You’ll leave feeling more confident in your training, with a solid understanding of how to lift safely and effectively, ready to take your workouts to the next level!
