<P><STRONG>Course Details</STRONG>:<BR>Lambic and Gueze are the oldest and most intriguing styles of beer in the world, solely produced in the Pajottenland region southwest of Brussels as well as Brussels itself. Spontaneously fermented with a minimal level of modern intervention, this is brewing at its most raw and natural.</P>
<P>Attendees will have the chance to try a selection of beers from the best and most traditional Lambic brewers and gain an understanding into how these mythical beers are produced.</P>
