Language Learners in Anglophone Contexts Workshop

Creative Multilingualismis a 4-year research programme, funded by the Arts and Humanities Council (AHRC), which is investigating the rich connections between linguistic diversity and creativity.

Creative Multilingualism

Anglophone contexts, such as the UK and US, provide particular challenges for language learning. The aim of this workshop is to explore these challenges.

Confirmed speakers include: Linda Fisher (University of Cambridge), Katrin Kohl (University of Oxford), Karen Park (University of Pittsburgh), Bill Rivers (Executive Director of JNCL), Antonella Sorace (University of Edinburgh) and Bencie Woll (UCL).
Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please note that the workshop is at Jesus College Ship Street Centre next to the restaurant No1 Ship Street).
