From strengthening our immune system to stress relief, laughter exercises every organ in our body including our brains.Instructor Katina Andoniadis performed with the comedy troupe Human Comedy and has been presenting laughter workshops for over 30 years. She has witnessed first-hand the wondrous affects of laughter on people of all walks of life.
