Your sessions should be available on the NHS - I think everyone should give this a try&quot; What is Laughter Hangout?Laughter Hangouts are based on the concept of laughing for no reason except that it is good for us! It is not based on jokes, but rather incorporating into gentle exercise a willingness to laugh, plus gentle breathing and clapping to circulate the blood.With a sense of playfulness, this soon leads to real laughter!How it worksThe sessions run for 30 minutes each and are facilitated in a fun, relaxed and safe manner. We begin with gentle warm up exercises that lead into a higher energy Laughter workout and through to a deep and relaxed guided meditation. Our AimTo create local connections by brining people together to release their innner giggle out into the world. Our Reach:Throughout 2020/21 we faciltated a series of Laughter Meditation sessions online. Over 1000 people accessed these sessions from around the world.
