We are delighted to invite you to the online launch of Riptide 14 – a collection of new powerful and thought-provoking short stories taking ‘collisions’ as its theme. Date: Friday 29th April 2022Time: 5 – 6.30pmPlace: ZoomAs acclaimed novelist and new Riptide board member Kit de Waal writes in the foreword, these ‘are stories about the fragility of mental health reflecting the catastrophic events of the last two years and stories of love and kindnesses that give us hope in an almost unrecognisable landscape.’ Always committed to bringing new writers to the fore, Riptide 14 has been produced through an exciting collaboration with University of Exeter’s new MA Publishing programme.This online launch will be a fantastic opportunity to hear contributors read from their stories as well as connect to wider regional and international writing communities.
