LAUNCHPAD AWARDS 2019

Launchpadis a fully funded business support programme delivered across the Sheffield City Region, that brings together a wide range of start-up services including workshops, events and one to one support from business advisors and coaches.  It is a fully inclusive programme designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs set up and run successful businesses and support SMEs under three years old to take the next step and grow their business.The Launchpad is supported financially by the European Union and has attracted 2.1 million investment from the European Regional Development Fund as part of Europe’s support for the regions economic development.

SCR Launchpad

The Launchpad Awards 2019 will be held at 92 Burton Road Sheffield, home of the Peddler Markets, on Friday the 27th September 2019.
This is an exciting time for Launchpad and all the individuals and businesses we have supported since the programme began in April 2016.  The evening will be a fun and relaxed way to recognise and reward our exciting entrepreneurs and establish our region as the best place to make your business dream a reality
 The Launchpad Awards 2019 will be a unique night of celebration and recognition, far removed from the usual black tie events and set on the edge of the historic Kelham Island in a characterful warehouse which bears the marks and impressions of Sheffield’s great industrial heritage.  92 Burton Road is home to the Peddler Markets and by the nature of street food events is a chilled, fun and informal venue.  Seating is provided by the Bavarian-style beer tables and benches, creating the perfect ambience for our fun and relaxed evening where the focus is on rewarding and recognising our exciting Launchpad entrepreneurs.
