As the region prepares its submission to government this November, Leicestershire Business Voice invites members and stakeholders to a special guest speaker and industry panel event, held at MIRA Tech Park from 12-3pm on 10 September 2025. At the event, held in collaboration with East Midlands Chamber, we will explore the evolving plans for a devolution deal for Leicester and Leicestershire, and the impact on the local business community.
The session will be informed by key figures leading the discussions and negotiations:
- Sir Peter Soulsby, City Mayor of Leicester
- Dan Harrison, Leader of Leicestershire County Council
- Pip Allnatt, Leader of Melton Borough Council and speaking on behalf of the Leaders of the Leicestershire District and Borough Councils
- Plus a panel of leading industry spokespeople
