It's designed for new, aspiring and early-stage leaders, including first-time managers and those leading through influence. You might be stepping into your first leadership role, navigating a recent promotion or return to work, or building confidence as a new founder.

This workshop is industry-agnostic. It’s designed for people in any sector who are stepping into leadership and want to develop their self-awareness, values, and leadership approach.

Does this workshop include 1:1 coaching?

The workshop is group coaching. However, there will be breakout sessions for further discussion and connection with other attendees. Plus, you will get a discounted rate for 1:1 coaching with Laura or Dawn once you've completed the workshop.

When will I receive the workbook?

We will send this 48-72 hours before the workshop starts.

What do I need to attend on the day?

Accepted Answer

You will need a stable internet connection, the ability to access an online meeting room, a microphone, headphones and camera, plus a way to record your notes and actions e.g., pen and paper, printed workbook, workbook open on your computer.

Is everything I share confidential?

During the workshop we will ask all attendees to observe The Chatham House Rule, which is used around the world to encourage inclusive and open dialogue in meetings.

Is this workshop certified by a professional training body?

Not yet. We are running the first two cohorts at a discounted rate of just £95 (contact us for the discount code) as we go through the process of CPD certification. However, you will receive a certificate upon completion of the early cohorts.

What happens if I book and cannot make the workshop?

Please give us at least 7 days' notice before the workshop. We’ll be happy to transfer your booking to the next available session, and offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

This is a half-day workshop running on one day.

It may not be the right fit for you if you're a seasoned senior leader who is already deeply engaged in extensive coaching, reflective practice, and leadership development.
