Make the most of this last chance to learn from global change management guru, Mo Usman, in this concluding session of his series of free﻿ training events on leadership and management. This is a high value workshop normally valued at £300 per delegate but funded by the European Regional Development Fund and limited to 18 delegates.T﻿his time Mo will be focussing on how good leaders can manage perspectives on change to implement new strategies, communicate them and provide tools for approaching change positively.H﻿e will summarise previous material and expand on the breadth and depth of the themes covered of using psychological techniques, insight discovery and understanding the emotional intelligence of team members to provide leadership through change.U﻿sing new theories on learning, techniques in understanding diversity and in reflecting on our own personality strengths and weaknesses, Mo provides an excellent forum to consider new ways of helping your team to work together more effectively and productively."﻿You will leave knowing yourself and your team far better" (A Laws, White Rose Retail Consultants).C﻿olonel Mo Usman is a Director at Sterling and Templar and is invested in supporting and developing others. He is a graduate of the Advanced Command and Staff course at the Joint Services Staff College, in Sandhurst, holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Leeds and a Level 7 Strategic Management qualification from Kings College, London. He is also an experienced, Master level, executive coach and mentor.S﻿terling and Templar are an international team concentrating on leadership and management development. Based in the UK and the UAE, they provide learning and development experiences through interactive workshops; practical activities; live project work; performance and personal coaching and personality traits insights. Delegates gain skills throughout the programme which can be utilised immediately in the workplace.
