Leadership, Identity & Communication

Leadership, Identity & Communication

278-280 S Lambeth RdLondon, England
Friday, Jan 16 from 11 am to 1 pm GMT
Overview

A practical workshop to help you understand your strengths, build confidence, and communicate clearly in new situations.

For 16–30-year-olds ONLY.

Before qualifications and experience, employers look for confidence, communication, and self-awareness.

In this practical workshop, Molly from Tools for Tomorrow will help you build the skills that sit behind strong first impressions — understanding yourself, communicating with clarity, and showing leadership in everyday situations.

The session is designed for young people preparing for opportunities like apprenticeships, work, or training — especially those who want to feel more confident talking to employers and navigating professional spaces.

You don’t need to be attending our Apprenticeships Fair to take part, but the session will set you up well if you are.

What to expect:

  • Develop self-awareness around your strengths, values, and how you show up
  • Build confidence in communication and presence, both one-to-one and in groups
  • Explore leadership as influence, decision-making, and responsibility — not job titles
  • Practice speaking about yourself in a way that feels natural and confident
  • Gain tools you can use straight away when meeting employers or training providers

This workshop is interactive, inclusive, and designed to help you feel more confident stepping into new opportunities.

Important note: This event is for 16 to 30-year-olds only.

Additional note: There is NO parking available at our venue. We are situated on a busy main road.
Stockwell is the closest station (underground), which is a 5-minute walk away.
