Facilitators:Cynthia LabiCynthia Labi is a strategic leader with over 25 years experience as an HR &amp; OD professional, 22 years of which have been served in various senior management roles, in technical and general management capacities. In her career she has managed teams ranging in size from 3 to 30, and had indirect strategic management responsibility for up to 12,000 employees. She has also been directly responsible for budgets of various sizes up to US$2.0 million in organisations with multi-million dollar portfolios in excess of $500 million.She has worked in various countries in private, public and non-governmental sectors, with international organisations such PricewaterhouseCoopers, Barclays Bank (now Absa), World Vision International (WVI) and Medair. With many years of being a strategic business partner, serving in various capacities at national, regional and global levels, Cynthia's strong business acumen is demonstrated in her ability to quickly understand the core business of an organisation irrespective of the sector. This is complimented by her strength in strategic envisioning, communication, cross-cultural engagement, enterprise risk management, consulting, project management, financial management, change leadership and management, virtual team management and being results oriented. She also has strong programming knowledge around grants acquisition and management.Cynthia is now a freelance HR consultant, as well as a coach and mentor to young professionals and leaders.

Olutayo B-BolawoleOlutayo (popularly called Tayo) has over 32 years of experience in organizational development within the international development and corporate sectors. She brings expertise in leadership capacity development, relationship building and conflict management, change and transition management, resource mobilization and donor contract management, as well as strategic program planning and policy work.Olutayo has worked at country, regional, and global program levels with international NGOs, serving in various senior management capacities for about 23 years. Twenty of those years were spent working with diverse teams in West, Horn, East, and Southern Africa, based in Kenya and now Rwanda. She has also worked within emergency and humanitarian contexts in Eastern Europe (Kosovo) and supported teams globally across Asia, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.Currently, she is the Executive Director of People and Culture at Tearfund – an international development agency with a presence in over 50 countries across continents.Olutayo is a member of the World Economic Forum’s community of experts on Water, Africa, and Gender. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Trustees for SIMAVI, a Netherlands-based organization specializing in women’s and girls’ rights to water, sanitation, and hygiene, with country offices in Africa and Asia.She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Dramatic Arts, a Master’s in Public Administration (with specialization in Human Resources), a PMD Pro certification in Project Management, and has completed the University of Oxford’s Executive Leadership Programme along with various other certifications from renowned business schools in Nigeria and Africa.
