Throughout the majority of their career, they have focused on supporting organisations across the public and third sectors, helping them attract the skills and capability needed to communicate effectively, deliver impact, and drive meaningful change.

Known for a deep understanding of the marketing and communications landscape, Camryn partners with leaders to navigate talent challenges, build high-performing teams, and shape recruitment strategies that reflect an evolving sector. Pippa Johnston
Deputy CEO at Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity

Pippa is the Deputy CEO at Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity and have recently steered the organisation through the development of its next 10-year strategy.

She has a 25-year background in the voluntary sector having worked with local, national and UK wide charities, predominantly in income generation and marketing, but over the last 10 years, in leading organisational strategy, change management and restructure.

She is currently a Trustee at the Scottish Book Trust and has previously chaired the Board of Directors at The Bridges Project, a small but mighty youth work and family support organisation in Edinburgh.

She lives with her family in East Lothian and is the VERY proud owner of a 10-year-old sausage dog. She has also appeared on Top of the Pops (one for the over 40s!).

Stuart McSkimming
CEO and Founder at Virtue Chain

Stuart McSkimming is a recognised thought leader in the application of AI and emerging technologies for charities and not-for-profits. Named in the 2025 AI100 list of the top 100 people shaping the future of AI in the UK, Stuart brings over two decades of senior leadership experience in the sector, with a focus on digital transformation, strategic alignment, and inclusive team development.

He is the founder of Virtue Chain, a consultancy dedicated to helping mission-driven organisations harness the power of Technology and AI. Stuart also serves as Deputy Chair of Charity IT Leaders, where he champions sector-wide collaboration, innovation and leads the charity-sector AI special-interest group.

Prior to working in consultancy, Stuart held CIO roles at Shelter and the Royal British Legion, and has contributed to a range of other organisations across the charity landscape. Known for his ability to galvanise teams and align technology with organisational purpose, Stuart is passionate about inclusion and building diverse, high-performing teams that reflect the communities they serve.
