This is a structured coaching and mentoring experience designed to create something harder: honest calibration of how you currently see and interpret reality as a leader.
What you will do in the session
You will not be told how to lead.
You will be guided to:
- Map your leadership across six dimensions of complexity
- Identify — for yourself — the capability most limiting you right now
- Observe how you respond when familiar assumptions stop working
- Define one specific behavioural shift to practise immediately
This is not abstract reflection. It is facilitated diagnosis in real time, supported through coaching and mentoring dialogue.
