What is Lean Construction?
Lean Construction is a new paradigm to manage construction. It focuses on reducing waste and delivering the project while maximising value for the client. Simple tools can be applied in your company to improve processes, efficiency and profits.

Speakers:
Lauri Koskela Lauri is a worldwide recognised academic who started studying Lean Construction in 1991. He is the Co-founder of the International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC) and a Professor at the University.
Clarissa Biotto Clarissa is a former Lean consultant in Brazil who has implemented Lean Construction in more than 20 sites. She is currently a PhD researcher in integrate design and construction planning.
Algan Tezel Algan holds a PhD in Visual Management and is a research assistant at the University. He is a board secretary and vice chair of the Lean Construction – UK North West Community of Practice.
