Do you want to learn more about the deen to help you get closer to your Lord?
Are you looking for something comprehensive that provides you with a balanced understanding of Islam and helps with your professional development?
Then look no further than LEAP, the Muslim Professional Development programme.
This programme, delivered by scholars and experienced facilitators, will help you navigate various aspects of Islam along with context and contemporary issues.
There will be fortnightly sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6 pm - 8 pm during term.
Venue: Central London - Waterloo
The LEAP programme is HYBRID; sessions will be available in person and online depending on ticket purchased.
Alongside regular sessions, the programme features the below:
- A prophetic leadership retreat to help you master the art of leadership by learning from the greatest teacher who ever lived, our beloved Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him) and socialise with like-minded individuals.
- A mountain hike to enjoy breathtaking views and good company.
- An international trip at the end of the programme, where you will experience the food, culture, and history while raising much-needed funds for a legacy project.

We understand that commitments can clash with sessions. While we encourage you to attend all sessions live to get the full benefit and connect with your cohort, we’ve got you covered if you miss one as all core workshops will be recorded and made available for you to catch up at your own pace.
Absolutely! You do not need to be in full time employment to join. The programme is designed for Muslim professionals who are 18+ at any stage - whether you are working full time, between jobs, a business owner or a full time student. The key is a willingness to grow, develop .
No. Whether you’re early in your career, mid-level, or in senior management, you’ll gain valuable skills, perspective and networks that are relevant to your journey regardless of sector or industry experience
There are no formal exams or assessments in the programme. The focus is on your personal and professional growth through interactive workshops, discussions and experiences, rather than graded tests.
The programme starts on Wednesday 10th September 2026 and runs approximately until July 2026. There will be a pause during Ramadan to allow participants to focus on worship and personal commitments, and sessions will resume afterwards.
The programme fee is £200 for in-person attendance, plus the standard Eventbrite administration fee. This includes cost of venue hire, refreshments and social gatherings as part of the programme. Additional costs for optional activities (retreat, hike and trip) will apply at a future date.
You’ll need to commit to: bi-monthly workshops (lasting 2 hours each), retreat and hike (full day), some light personal reflection and application tasks in the sessions to encourage participation and connection.
