About the expertsSebastian BombergAs an application engineer at MathWorks, Sebastian Bomberg supports customers in implementing data science projects. For instance, he develops applications for forecasting, predictive maintenance, IoT, and fleet analytics. To this end, he uses techniques from machine learning as well as big data algorithms and cloud computing. Prior to joining MathWorks, Sebastian worked as development engineer at the aerodynamics and HVAC department of MAN Truck &amp; Bus in Munich. Sebastian Bomberg holds a German degree Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Sc.) in mechanical engineering from Technical University of Munich, where he also worked as a researcher at the Thermo-Fluid Dynamics Group.Sandra GillhuberSandra Gillhuber works as a senior sales account manager at The MathWorks, focusing on supporting creative and innovative startups in central Europe. She joined The MathWorks in 2000, and had various positions in sales: Sales Support Specialist, Sales Account Manager responsible for midsize and small companies in south Bavaria and Austria. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Professional of Business which she acquired through evening study. This is hosted by Eventbrite and is subject to Eventbrite's Privacy Policy.
