Join us for a fun and interactive crochet workshop in Ivybridge. This is the perfect introduction to this really versatile and slightly addictive hobby! Louise is a very experienced teacher, and she will guide you through the basics of crocheting, covering the basics of types of yarn and hooks, different grips and styles of crochet. She will be demonstrating everything, as many times as you need to build your skills and confidence. After getting to grips with the slip stitch, chain and double crochet stitch, Louise will get you started on your very first crochet project. You’ll have a kit to take home with not only your started project but the yarn, hook, darning needle and stitch marker and pattern. With a maximum of 8 attendees, this workshop ensures that you have plenty of one-on-one tuition with the tutor. It's a great opportunity to meet and chat with fellow crafters, exchange tips and share stories.
