About this event
As AI adoption accelerates, executives must lead with foresight and responsibility. This focused two-hour session equips senior leaders with the essential knowledge to govern AI initiatives confidently and ethically. Attendees will explore the strategic, legal, and reputational risks of AI, and learn how to implement practical governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulations and standards. The course covers accountability structures, risk assessment, ethical considerations, and board-level oversight. No technical background is required. Executives will leave with a clear understanding of their role in shaping trustworthy, compliant, and effective AI use across the organisation to protect value and enhance performance.
