AI tools can now generate code, interfaces, and workflows from plain-language instructions - a practice often called “vibe coding.”

Although powerful, this feature is commonly misunderstood.

From the trainers behind Digital Isle of Man’s previous AI literacy sessions, this one-hour class explains how AI-generated code really works and what it is realistically suited for!

Attendees will see how ideas can be quickly prototyped using AI, why this is valuable for exploration and learning, and where AI-generated code can introduce risks. The session focuses on understanding AI-assisted creation rather than teaching programming, helping attendees develop realistic expectations around AI-asssisted creation.

Level: Beginner / Intermediate

⏱ Duration: 1 hour (room will be open 15 minutes prior to start time)
