Learning Disability Providers Covid-19 workshop

Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC)is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Cardiff – the umbrella infrastructure organisation for the third sector in the City.C3SC’s key role is to provide specialist advice, support, and information to local third sector organisations on issues that affect them, including funding and governance.C3SC is the voice of the third sector in Cardiff. It facilitates third sector representation on strategic partnerships, including the Cardiff Partnership Board and its Programme Boards and Workstreams. Do you support people with learning disabilities and/or their carers? We want to hear from you.

Thank you for registering for the workshop for people with learning disabilities and their carers.  A link to the workshop will be sent to you on the morning of the 2 July 2020 with the link to Microsoft Teams.

Do you support or provide services to people with a learning disability and/or their carers? Do you work in Cardiff and/or the Vale of Glamorgan? If yes, then the Learning Disability Partnership Board wants to hear from you and is opening a small Grant fund to support some services as we move forward out of lockdown.C3SC have been asked to facilitate a 90 minute videoconference to gather your thoughts, answer your questions and co-produce some ideas to take forward. This session will follow a shorter session for people with learning disabilities and their carers. Information will be provided from that workshop into this one. The workshop will be taking place on the 2 July from 11.30am. A third sector grant will be launched just before the event, a copy of the forms will be sent to all those who are attending. There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions about the funding and application process as well.*The image is a library image
