IP Inclusive is an initiative devoted to promoting equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing throughout the UK's IP professions. Our activities cover four areas: awareness-raising upstream of the professions; best practice charter and accreditation schemes; diversity training; and support.We aim to provide cost-effective and accessible training, discussion and networking events for IP professionals in diversity-related issues. We also encourage our member organisations and Charter signatories to incorporate diversity into their own CPD and training programmes, particularly those focused on commercial and personal skills training, to ensure that diversity stays on the agenda for the decision-makers within our professions.

Coping with Covid-19 is not just about surviving the lockdown itself, but also about thinking what we can learn from the lockdown experience to enable us to move on stronger. This webinar, organised by our <a href="https://ipinclusive.org.uk/community/women-in-ip/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Women in IP</a> community, introduces some basic resilience coaching strategies to improve mindset and develop positive outcomes. It will help you to weather the changes ahead with confidence and make the most of the opportunities they bring.We are delighted to welcome guest speaker <a href="https://www.nikkialdersoncoaching.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nikki Alderson</a>, a specialist corporate and executive coach, former barrister and author of Raising the Bar: Empowering Female Lawyers through Coaching.  Nikki will be joined by Ruby Kakati (Senior Counsel, Suntory Group), Emily O'Neill (General Counsel UK, Deminor Recovery Services), and Women in IP co-leads Joanna Conway and Susi Fish for a panel discussion and Q&A after the main presentation.This webinar is open to IP professionals of all genders.
