Learning to Grow

ION leadership is a revolutionary programmeopen to owner-managers of all sized businesses and social enterprises located within the Wales Convergence Regions. The programme places emphasis on the implementation of ideas generated on the programme back in the workplace, providing the opportunity to work on the business rather than in the business. We provide you with access to our experienced group development leaders, qualified coaching professionals and expert master class speakers. You will also benefit from the diverse mix of knowledge and experience of your peers.ION leadership is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. The programme is delivered by Swansea University’sResearch, Engagement & Innovation Services and Bangor University’s Business School.

Rachael Flanagan – Managing Director, Mrs Bucket Ltd
Rachael founded Mrs Bucket in 2005 at the age of 18, having spotted a gap in the market for a cleaning company that offered consistently good service. The multi-award winning business now employs over 250 staff and provides professional, commercial and domestic cleaning services to a range of industry sectors across South Wales, servicing 150 commercial premises on a daily basis.
Adrian Williams – Director, Tech Wales
With nearly 22 years in the IT industry, Adrian founded Tech-Wales Ltd, a business IT consultancy, in 2012. Based in the Baglan Enterprise Park, Tech-Wales provide customer focused Business IT Support Services to small and medium sized organisations across the UK. As a Microsoft Partner, Tech-Wales are experts in Day-to-Day IT Support, Microsoft Office 365 migrations, and are now expanding into business telecoms services.
