Mercury Prize noms and OG torch-bearers for the revitalised young British jazz scene, Led Bib pride themselves on side-stepping convention.

We are deelighted to have Mercury award nominees Led Bib in the house, their radical styles have been compared to John Zorn, Ornette Colman and Frank Zappa - whats not to like? '“ a joyous explosion of noise that brought me nothing but a contented grin” UK Jazz News “Their whimsical sax noodlings and pitch-bending north African inflections, which give way to thundering rock power (Ceasefire), their Zappa-like hooks descending to free-dirgey staggers (On the Roundabout), and a little amiable folk-dancing (Marching Orders), the unique Led Bib chemistry still bubbles.” GuardianTheir new album will be released on legendary US based Cuneiform Records in August 2025. The album represents a whole new departure for <a href="http://www.instagram.com/ledbib" title="http://www.instagram.com/ledbib" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Led Bib</a> .With their 2019 release ‘It’s Morning’ on the renowned RareNoise records, their unique song based collaboration marked the departure of their keyboard player and it seemed like it could be the end of the 20 year history of this ensemble, but 2024 brought a new opportunity. An offer to work as artists in residence at Hotel Pupik in the Austrian countryside to develop a completely new quartet sound without keyboards.
