Legacy fundraising is uniquely placed to provide huge rewards for donors and charities alike, for comparatively little effort. Of course there are catches, and this session looks into the reasons, options and strategy required to weave legacy giving into your existing fundraising portfolio. This session is designed for groups who do not yet have legacies as a meaningful source of income.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, we aim for you to:
- Understand the main benefits and drawback of legacy fundraising.
- Unveil the best ways of communicating with your existing networks.
- Be equipped to add legacy fundraising into your already busy schedule.
- Be confident on where to start your legacy fundraising journey.
This is a cross-Borough training session, there are 10 places available for each Borough (Sutton, Croydon and Kingston) on a first come first severed.
