Legal Update and Networking Breakfast

Solicitors from Trowers & Hamlins Construction team will be providing a two-part session on the current issues and developments with Building Safety, spanning a summary of 2023 and recent changes. They will provide some thoughts on the practical impact upon projects and timetabling and drafting for building safety in contracts.

On the contentious side, they will discuss the length of liability, risks of non-compliance, enforcement and building liability orders.

The hosts will also keep time free for a question and answer session at the end and there will be plenty of opportunity for networking before and after the session.
