At MakoCreate we deliver creative digital art and technology workshops and projects. We also deliver workshops to help teachers, youth workers and trainers to gain a better understanding of the changing world of digital media.

Mako Create

MakoEducation’s Lego Stop Motion Workshop is the perfect activity to get young people to discover and show off their creative talents.
During this fun filled activity, the participants learn how to bring lego characters to life and create their own short films. Participants learn the process of planning, building, shooting, editing and publishing their stop motion movies.
We can upload the finished Stop Motion videos to our youtube account. They can be viewed at home and shared with family and friends.
We provide all equipment and materials for this session. All you need to bring is yourself. If you wish to bring any lego pieces to feature in your movie, you are more than welcome to do so. Just remember to take them home with you!
No previous experience is necessary. However, we recommend that all participants are aged 8+. Children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (tickets not required for accompanying adults).
 
This course needs a minimum amount of people to run this event, Why not sign up and encourage a friend to come too? If we have not reached enough bookings 72 hours before the event we will contact you for further options regarding refunds.
