This session focuses on strengthening and toning your legs and bum using body weight exercises and movement to help improve your fitness levels.

This session is suitable during pregnancy whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your 6-8 week post-natal check up.

Walk-ins welcome!

There is a cost of £1 to attend this session - cash only please!

Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available.
