“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” (Einstein)
About this event
In construction we often consider every project to be unique. We take pride in being problem solvers and overcoming challenges.
But also, the approaches and methods we apply can be learned from and adapted for the next challenge. In turn, this is why we value people’s experience. So: how can we learn to save time, money and effort, by not repeating the same things, and expecting different results?
Since the London 2012 programme, all major programmes have shared a learning legacy, including HS2. These resources can be plundered and ransacked to your advantage!
Join us to find out how to draw on the collective experience, understand what’s in these valuable resources, and how to access them.
