Tea/coffee and cakes on arrival and a lightl lunch will be provided. Tea/coffee in the afternoon.

A range of Highland based mental health, suicide prevention and suicide bereavement and statutory services will be at the event and also have information at a table that can be seen as part of the day. Staff from these services will be available to answer any questions you may have.
