Join us for a gentle 2.5 miles walk exploring Leeds Waterfront! Walk suitable for all abilities (some stairs to climb)

About this Event

Why not come along, get active and make new friends on our guided walk. This walk is a 2.5 mile and gentle walk for all abilities. Find out more about the 'hidden lock' and the development of the Leeds Waterfront.

We will be meeting by the Black Prince statue in Leeds City Square.


  • Please consider using public transport to arrive at Leeds City Sqaure
  • Our walk will start at 10:30am
  • Please wear clothing and footwear suitible for the weather
  • Meeting point: https://w3w.co/drips.lights.aside

Book now

Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways .

Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.

Walk ins will not be accepted. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or please get in touch with us to allow another person(s) a chance to take part. Social distancing measures will be in place and all equipment will be cleaned in between sessions.
