One of the more misunderstood pieces of tax legislation in recent years has been the introduction of IR35. Also known as the 'intermediaries legislation', IR35 is a set of rules that affect your tax and National Insurance if you're contracted to work for a client through an intermediary.
In order to better understand it, we're partnering with The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE) to give you the opportunity to hear from industry experts about IR35. I'd love for you to join us to find out what the rules are, how they're changing, and how they can affect you as a freelancer.
