Let's Talk about Wellbeing

Online event
Multiple dates
Overview

A supportive online wellbeing space for Black women to connect, reflect and grow, exploring self-care, grounding and digital wellbeing!

Let’s talk about self-care, grounding, friendships, social media and digital wellbeing.

Amour Destiné will be hosting a new series of online Wellbeing Workshops beginning on Thursday 2nd April 2026. These sessions will provide a relaxed and supportive space where participants can come together to reflect, share and connect with others.

Across the series, we will explore themes including friendships, self-care, digital wellbeing and simple grounding practices to support emotional wellbeing.

The workshops are designed to feel open and flexible. There is no expectation to attend every session, and you are welcome to join as it suits you. You may wish to share your thoughts with the group, or simply listen and take part in a way that feels comfortable.

As the sessions take place online, you can join from your own space. Feel free to have a drink or something to eat and engage at your own pace.

The workshops will be co-facilitated by Sathana, who previously worked as a Women’s Engagement Worker at East London Rape Crisis.
