Join our team to discuss how apprenticeships can grow your business and build a skilled and productive workforce. Learn about and gain further information on:<ul><li>Update on apprenticeship funding rules including training plans and recognition of prior learning.</li><li>H﻿ow SME companies can access full funding for their apprentices via our partnerships and sponsors.</li><li>What are the responsibilities of employers and education providers for on and off the job learning, length of apprenticeship, industry mentoring, and assessment?</li><li>What is an End Point Assessment, and how does this relate to the Apprenticeship qualification?</li><li>H﻿ow to recruit the next generation of talent through our FREE recruitment service.</li></ul>This event will also enable you to network with other businesses who either currently have apprentices, or are interested in taking on apprentices.This will be held at the IoT which is our brand-new, state-of-the-art, 8-storey purpose-built training facility.A £28m funding from the DfE and the GLA, the London City IOT is amongst the first wave of 12 Institutes of Technology to provide employers with the technical workforce of tomorrow.W﻿e will provide a tour of our facilties to all attendess at the end of the event.
