Anyone feeling like they’ve been blasted left, right and centre on this topic with numerous celebrities writing books and sharing their experiences to all forms of media raising awareness... and yet you’re still not sure who to listen to, where to go for advice and what to focus on!LSBU is committed to creating a menopause aware &amp; inclusive workplace and providing opportunities for learning &amp; open discussion.Come and join us for this informative &amp; interactive lunchtime session where we'll hear from Ruth Devlin, Founder of <a href="https://www.letstalkmenopause.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Let’s Talk Menopause</a>, who will simplify everything for you, give you good resources to look into and some key areas everyone should be focusing on.This event is open to everyone - please share with anyone you feel might benefit from attending. We want you to feel informed &amp; supported!We'll be delivering it via Zoom and will share the joining instructions in the run up to the event.

BiographyRuth Devlin founded <a href="https://www.letstalkmenopause.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Let’s Talk Menopause</a> to raise awareness and provide accurate information on the menopause. She is passionate about providing accessible, evidence-based information and support for women, employers and health care professionals (HCP) which, helps women to make more in-formed decisions about how to manage their menopause, helps employers to support their workforce through this period of their lives and helps HCPs to provide adequate care and treatment. Ruth does this through giving talks within the public and the private sectors, writes a <a href="https://www.letstalkmenopause.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">blog</a> and has published a book Men…Let’s Talk Menopause. She regularly contributes on many platforms and is a registered nurse.
