As a physiotherapy and wellness clinic, our ambition is to help patients lead a healthy, active life, and as such, we are pleased to partner with local GP Claire Quiggin who has a special interest in menopause. Open to all, Claire will lead a menopause Q&A session, share her professional knowledge and answer all those burning questions around menopause and its affects on our bodies.We will share exercise advice to help support bone density at a time when the reduced oestrogen production can lead to conditions such as osteopenia and osteoporosis, making bones more prone to fracture.Join in with a breath-work practice to help alleviate stress and get practical advice on pelvic floor strengthening from Sports Therapist Julie Cornwell and chef and nutrition advisor Chris will be on hand to give life-stage nutrition advice while sharing his nutrient packed, menopause supporting nibbles.This will be a popular event, so we will be running 2 sessions at 2.30 pm and 7.30pm. Reserve you place early to avoid disappointment.
