Overview

Support, science & practical tips with PCOS Jersey

Join us for an open, supportive and empowering lunch time chat all about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, are still searching for answers, or have been navigating PCOS for years, this event is designed to help you feel informed, understood and less alone.

PCOS affects at least 1 in 10 women yet so many are left confused, dismissed or undiagnosed. It’s more than irregular periods or fertility struggles. PCOS is a full-body hormonal condition that can affect energy, skin, weight, mood, confidence and long-term health.

  • During this engaging and accessible session, we’ll cover:
  • What PCOS actually is (in plain English!)
  • How it’s diagnosed and why diagnosis can take time
  • The most common symptoms and why they happen
  • The bigger picture: insulin resistance, metabolism and mental wellbeing
  • What actually works when it comes to managing PCOS
  • Simple, realistic lifestyle tips you can start using straight away
  • Local PCOS pathways and support available in Jersey
  • How PCOS Jersey is building community and changing the conversation

Expect honest discussion, evidence-based information, practical takeaways, and a safe space to ask questions.

There will also be time to connect with others who truly “get it” because managing PCOS shouldn’t feel isolating.

Come along, bring a friend, and leave feeling clearer, calmer and more confident about your next steps.
