Come along to this free event to hear about the opportunity to be part of Transform Ageing, a pioneering initiative to create imaginative and effective solutions that transform the experience of ageing for people in the south-west of England.

Bringing together people in later life, social entrepreneurs and health and social care leaders, the initiative will examine the challenges ageing communities experience and deliver innovative products and service solutions to meet them.

We’d like to hear from you about the experience of ageing in your community. What works well? What could be better? As well as speakers, there will be opportunities to offer your views and for you to meet with like-minded people. Afternoon tea will be served.
