In this half day retreat you will experience the benefits of 4 guided meditations and enjoy two talks on how to let go of our persistent habit of overthinking everything.

Gen Chitta will teach practical methods to help reduce mental business and increase the experience of inner peace and mental spaciousness.

Ordained as a Buddhist nun since 2009 and with years of experience of study and practice before this, Gen Chitta has the ability to convey the teachings of Kadampa Buddhism in a way that makes them easy to understand and practice. Her guided meditations are both gentle and powerful, relaxing and transformative.

Everyone is welcome to attend this short retreat. No experience is necessary and seating is provided on both chairs and meditation cushions.

Everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions. There is free on-street parking on the street just outside, we are just minutes from the Westlink Divis St/ Millfield exit, and we are just 18 min walk from City Hall and the Central Station.
