Shanae Dyer-Miller
Global Data Protection Manager (Keynote)

Shanae is someone who finds joy in supporting the black community and seeing us excel in different areas. She is a mother who loves spending time with her family and travelling where possible. She enjoys sharing experiences of navigating the world as a young black mother and how those experiences and lessons have helped grow her career.

Lianne van den Bos
Senior Research Manager

Over the past two decades, Lianne has developed expertise in business, health and behaviour science through academic study and hands-on experience. She holds a bachelor’s and dual Master’s in Economics and Consumer & Business Psychology, along with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Level 4 Nutrition, giving her a well-rounded perspective on human potential.

Growing up in a small Dutch town with a different dialect, Lianne faced prejudice, felt mocked for her accent, dismissed, and told she would never succeed unless she changed. Following her move to London in search for a fresh start she now believes if she could talk to her 18-year-old self she would say: Let them. Let people underestimate you or judge you. You can’t control their opinions, but you can control how much power you give them. She believes, when you let others be, you free yourself to believe, to try, and to grow.
