Levi opened his first "Rastarant" at Westfield Stratford City last year and is now opening his kitchen to inspire those with an interest in Caribbean food. Levi will show you how to make some of his favourite dishes from the menu and will give you the opportunity to learn more about what makes the cuisine so distinctive. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>Set in his bright and colourful restaurant, the morning will start with a Meet &amp; Greet with Levi, complete with tea and coffee on arrival! The event will have a sampling session to appreciating the tastes of the islands and learning more about key Caribbean ingredients. Fabulicious!</SPAN></P>
