An opportunity for university students to meet with LGBT+ professionals from a range of inclusive employers.

Hosted by the<a href="http://www.imperial.ac.uk/careers/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Careers Service at Imperial College London</a> in partnership with <a href="https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/activities/a-to-z/iq-imperial-college-lgbt" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">IQ (the LGBT+ student society) </a>this event provides a fantastic opportunity for university students who identify as LGBT+ (or allies of the community) to hear from LGBT+ professionals in a range of inclusive employers. The event aims to facilitate career discussions and share perspectives on the workplace to demonstrate that it’s possible to be comfortable and successful at work while being yourself, regardless of your sexual orientation or gender identity. <h2>Session commences at 6:30 PM </h2>The panel will discuss topics around their career paths and their LGBT+ identity in the workplace. You can register with any email address and enter as a guest if you don&#x27;t want to use your university email. If you use MS Teams for university and want to log on to the event with a separate account you will need to <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sign-out-of-office-5a20dc11-47e9-4b6f-945d-478cb6d92071" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">log out of your Office 365</a> and <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/sign-out-of-teams-a6d76e69-e1dd-4bc4-8e5f-04ba48384487" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">log out of your Microsoft Teams account</a> on your device before you click the join link. You can then enter as a guest.</li></ul>Do I need to prepare anything for the event?<ul><li>No. Just turn up for the start time, listen to the panel and submit any questions you want.</li></ul>Is there a dress code?<ul><li>No. You don&#x27;t even have to turn your camera on if you don&#x27;t want to.</li></ul>How is my data processed?<ul><li>Your privacy is important to us.
